Shipping policy

At Decor Bake, we take pride in ensuring your gluten-free and no-added-sugar products arrive safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and our responsibilities regarding the transit of your goods.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders for our cake and icing mixes are processed and dispatched from our Victorian facility within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We deliver Australia-wide using Interparcel and Australia Post (depending on cost and timing) Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business days

• Express Shipping: 1-3 Business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels (Transit Liability)

Decor Bake is committed to your satisfaction. We bear the risk of loss or damage to your products while they are in transit.

If your package arrives severely damaged, or if it has been lost or unreasonably delayed by the courier network, please contact us immediately at admin@decorbake.com.au with your order number. For damaged items, please include photographic evidence of the parcel and the compromised product. We will handle the investigation with the courier and provide you with a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Successful Delivery, "Authority to Leave", and Stolen Parcels

Once our carrier logs a successful delivery scan at your specified address, the responsibility and risk for the products pass to you.

If you select an "Authority to Leave" (allowing the courier to leave the parcel unattended in a safe place), you accept full responsibility for the goods once they are dropped off. Decor Bake is not liable for parcels that are stolen (e.g., porch piracy), tampered with, or damaged by weather events after a successful delivery has been completed.

5. Food Safety and Packaging

Because we supply consumable goods, we adhere strictly to food safety transport regulations. All of our shelf-stable dry mixes are securely sealed in food-safe, moisture-proof packaging to protect against contamination and tampering during transit.

6. International Shipping

At this time, Decor Bake only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
